english culture subject should be given to taught from first year students to four year studens at HUCFL

According to point of view of a many English Department students, Enlish culture is a quite interesting subject taught at HUCFL. In fact, this subject is only being taught for second year students. A lot of students said it is enough but othes said not. What do you think about it? In my opinion, English culture subject should be taught at HUCFL from first year students to four year students because of some reasons.

In fact, this subject is only being taught for second year students. A lot of students said (that) it is enough but others said not. What do you think about it?. In my opinion, English culture subject should be taught at HUCFL from first year students to four year students ( make it shorter , eg. “during college time”) because of some reasons.
